As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that user-generated content meets community guidelines and standards. You will help create a safer online experience, making it vital for individuals who are detail-oriented and dedicated to quality. Key Responsibilities:

Review, evaluate, and moderate an array of user-generated content for compliance with guidelines.

Identify inappropriate content and address violations promptly.
•
Document moderation actions and contribute to reporting and analysis.
•
Work collaboratively within a team to enhance moderation workflows.
•
Stay informed about updates to content moderation standards and best practices.
Requirements
•
Fluency in German and a solid command of English; additional languages are a plus.
•
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
•
Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
•
Experience in content moderation or a related field is advantageous, yet not essential.
•
Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction and community building.
•
Willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment and embrace evolving guidelines.
