Do you have a passion for luxury travel and creating exceptional experiences?
We’re looking for a Travel Agent to join our global Travel team, helping our members plan and book unforgettable journeys around the world. You’ll use your destination expertise and exceptional customer service skills to create tailor-made itineraries while building trusted relationships with our members.
What you’ll do

Design and book bespoke luxury travel experiences tailored to members’ needs.
•
Research and recommend hotels, flights, destination services, car rentals, and travel experiences worldwide.
•
Build strong relationships with members by providing personalized, consultative service.
•
Source competitive travel options while balancing value, quality, and commercial objectives.
•
Manage bookings from enquiry through confirmation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with travel regulations.
•
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.
•
Resolve travel issues professionally and contribute to continuous service improvement.
•
Stay up to date on destinations, travel trends, and luxury travel products.
