The Client Operations Intern will support a growing quality control operations team, gaining hands-on experience with client management, real loan files, and the underwriting process.
Responsibilities
•
Learn the client management process and underwriting workflow
•
Gain hands-on experience working on real loan files
•
Support integration work as a new team is built out in the Jacksonville office
•
Help optimize and automate manual workflows
•
Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned
Knowledge and Experience
•
Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university and be at least advancing to their junior year of study
•
Understanding of basic financial concepts, preferably in the mortgage or real estate space
•
Strong attention to detail
Nice to have
•
Experience with Claude or other AI tools is a plus
Internship Program Schedule
To accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options:
•
Option 1: May 24, 2027 – August 6, 2027
•
Option 2: June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027
Hiring process
Candidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process.
Please Note: Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at our Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules. Partial participation or alternate dates cannot be accommodated.
