•
Create, standardize, and document processes, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for domestic manufacturing projects to maintain business continuity and drive efficiency.
•
Drive active communication between sales, engineering, and factory floor; maintain clear project status tracking for internal stakeholders and executive updates.
•
Create, track, and present project metrics, manufacturing lead times, and quote-to-production conversion data to senior leadership.
•
Communicate work orders in Production and Distribution to prioritize based on critical customer timelines, material availability, and machine capacity.
•
Conduct structured project reviews and post-production follow-ups to ensure all completed assemblies match client specifications and engineering revisions.
•

•
Performs other project management duties as required
