Why This Role Matters
The Specialist Finance role plays a key part in driving business performance by transforming financial data into actionable insights. By providing meaningful analysis, accurate forecasting, and strategic recommendations, the position supports informed decision-making across the business and helps ensure the company’s short- and long-term financial success.
What You’ll Do
•
Monitor a portfolio of channels and accounts from a financial perspective, identifying issues and trends that require attention from business teams or senior management.
•
Interpret financial information related to revenue, pricing, and expenses, and provide recommendations to business teams and senior management.
•
Conduct and document complex financial analysis projects to support business decision-making.
•
Prepare in-depth evaluations of business plans and identify new approaches to analysis and presentation for stakeholders with varying levels of financial expertise
•
Prepare forecasts and analyze the company’s short-, medium-, and long-term financial position to support planning and performance management.
What We’re Looking For
•
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
