Responsibilities:
The main role is to lead, manage, maintain quality data and provide insightful analysis to support business growth, helping business leaders making right decision and priorities.
•
Be responsible for high quality and accuracy of business data including end to end process
•
Provide data analysis reflecting the business challenge behind data during business review (monthly management meeting, medium, QBR)
•
Oversea and drive sales excellence from Salesforce BFO tools with country champion reflecting in golden KPIs: Pipeline Evolution, tracking to support business insight and make the right push for growth prioritization.
•
Coordinate with key stakeholders – Offer Marketing, Channel Marketing, Finance Business Partners & Business Leaders – to prepare for commercial meeting and business review
•
Be a country lead for new initiatives from country management or EAJ zone related to data and reporting
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related fields with 3-5 years of experience in data related jobs
•
Be an expert in using advanced Excel, MS Access, SAP (ERP). Having experience with Tableau/Power BI, SQL or other data tools is a plus
•
High level of project planning, critical thinking, analytical thinking, attention to detail & prudent numerical skill
•
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions.
•
