Description and Requirements
Join Lenovo Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as Sr. Solutions & Services Executive Manager, where you will lead the One Lenovo Solutions & Services Executive (SSE) team and drive services-led growth across DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will develop a high-performing sales organization that helps enterprise customers accelerate their digital workplace, infrastructure, services, and AI transformation journeys.
Working closely with Account Teams, technical specialists, delivery organizations, Business Partners, and Lenovo leadership, you will own the team’s strategy, performance, pipeline, and forecast. You will report to the SSG DACH Market Leader and play a key role in growing Lenovo’s Services around Digital Workplace, Data Center, and AI business.
What Will You Do:
•
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of One Lenovo Solutions & Services Executives (SSEs), setting clear goals, driving accountability, and fostering a high-performance culture focused on growth, collaboration, and results.
•
Own and execute the DACH business strategy, ensuring strong performance across revenue, profitability, pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and long-term strategic growth objectives.
•
Accelerate business growth across Lenovo’s advanced services portfolio, including Professional Services, Managed Services, Digital Workplace Solutions, Device-as-a-Service (DaaS), Data Center Services, As-a-Service offerings, and AI-driven solutions.
•
Support the team in identifying, qualifying, and advancing complex customer transformation projects, guiding opportunities from initial engagement and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and contract signature.
•
Act as an executive sponsor for key strategic customers, building trusted C-level relationships, understanding business challenges, and translating them into scalable, commercially viable solutions.
•
Coordinate Lenovo’s end-to-end portfolio across Devices, Infrastructure, Services, and Artificial Intelligence, bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver impactful customer outcomes and business value.
•
Drive excellence in account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity governance, commercial execution, and overall sales discipline to ensure predictable and sustainable growth.
•
Strengthen team capabilities in consultative selling, executive stakeholder engagement, financial acumen, complex solution sales, and AI-related business conversations, while serving as the key leadership link between Sales, Business Partners, solutioning teams, delivery organizations, and Lenovo leadership.
What You Will Bring:
•
Bring 8+ years of experience in IT services, technology solutions, or consultative sales, including a proven track record of successfully leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams.
•
Demonstrate consistent success in delivering revenue growth, profitability targets, pipeline expansion, and business objectives, while managing customer-facing teams in a dynamic and competitive environment.
•
Possess strong knowledge of Managed Services and As-a-Service business models, with a clear understanding of how recurring services drive customer value and long-term business growth.
•
Have experience leading large-scale and complex IT opportunities, collaborating across sales, consulting, pre-sales, commercial, solutioning, and delivery organizations to secure successful outcomes.
•
Show expertise in business planning, account strategy development, opportunity qualification, pipeline building, sales forecasting, and end-to-end opportunity management, ensuring disciplined execution throughout the sales cycle.
•
Combine strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to balance revenue growth, profitability, customer expectations, delivery feasibility, and risk management when shaping business decisions.
•
Be confident engaging and influencing C-level executives, strategic customers, Business Partners, and senior internal stakeholders, building trusted relationships and driving executive-level conversations.
•
Bring an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results-oriented leadership style, together with knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI and their application across Digital Workplace, Data Center, and Services environments, as well as fluency in both German and English.
