Location: Eagle Crest South, Lacrosse WI and Eagle Crest North, Onalaska WI
Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient
Lovely Communities - Working with higher functioning residents
Schedule: Flexible, up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Responsibilities
You’ll treat residents Monday-Friday – no evenings or weekends!

Qualifications:
•
Current license as Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
