Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA’s core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.
Within VCA exists VCA Implementation Services (VIS), a hands-on execution partner, implementing, operating, and optimizing Visa products in client environments to accelerate activation, portfolio growth, risk control, and data-driven performance.
As a Consulting Project Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to large multinational merchants and payment platforms headquartered or operating in Central Europe. Your clients will include globally recognized brands and digital leaders (e.g. global payment technology platforms, e‑commerce platforms, global marketplaces, travel and mobility players).
Reporting to the Director, Visa Consulting & Analytics, you will lead complex implementation engagements in the payment acceptance and merchant domain—working directly with client stakeholders who are themselves experts in payments.
This role is designed for professionals who already bring payments industry expertise and want to apply it in a high‑impact, client‑facing implementation role, working with wider Visa experts and suppliers to execute and bring strategies to live.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
