Laminar (formerly SRE.ai) is an early-stage, AI-native startup on a mission to bring enterprise systems delivery without the turbulence. We build AI agents that automate Salesforce DevOps, giving organizations customized, executable workflows in place of slow, manual processes.

We run flat. There’s no middle management here. As an intern, you’ll work directly with the people building the company, not through layers of process.

This internship covers our non-technical functions: operations, go-to-market, product, and design. You’ll be placed based on team need and your interests, and you’ll get real ownership from day one, not busywork.
What You’ll Need

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, design, communications, or a related field.
Nice to Have
•
Prior internship or project experience in ops, marketing, sales, product, or design.

Comfort working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment.
•
Strong written communication, since most collaboration here happens async.
•
Interest in early-stage startups and how they operate.
