About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Process & Automation Specialist to analyse existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and design and implement automation systems that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
You’ll act as both a consultant and builder - mapping business processes, diagnosing inefficiencies, and implementing practical automation solutions using tools such as N8N, Zapier, Make.com, APIs, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
The role will span core functions including sales workflows, fulfilment processes, and internal operations, with a focus on reducing repetitive tasks, improving system reliability, and creating scalable processes that support growth.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving operational problems, building systems, and creating measurable impact through automation.
