Morrison Healthcare is seeking a hands-on Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations and deliver quality meals for patients, guests and hospital staff.
HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.
Chefs from restaurants, hotels, resorts, catering and other high-volume kitchens are encouraged to apply. Bring your culinary skills and leadership—we’ll help you learn the healthcare side.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead daily kitchen operations, food preparation and service.
•
Plan menus and maintain consistent taste, portions and presentation.
•
Train, coach and develop your culinary team.
•
Manage inventory, purchasing, production and waste to control costs.
•
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that meets food safety standards.
•
Partner with leadership to improve service and guest satisfaction.
