Responsibilities:
•
Deliver solutions across the full DevSecOps lifecycle, from design through to deployment and support.
•
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand business outcomes and translate them into technical solutions.
•
Develop, test, and maintain applications and platforms aligned to factory priorities.
•
Engage directly with business stakeholders to validate solution options and share proof-of-concept code.
•
Apply engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding standards.
•
Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and team performance.
•
Participate in incident resolution and support activities (3rd Line), ensuring reliability and performance of factory-owned applications.
•
Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and contribute to innovation within the factory.
•
Support the Engineering Manager and Factory Tech Lead with technical advice and input into factory-level decisions.
•
Manage data privacy risks and ensure compliance with company policy regarding the processing of personal and/or other sensitive data.
