1. Reactive Repairs & General Maintenance
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests across multiple sites.
· Carry out joinery repairs, including doors, frames, staging, and caster wheel replacements.
· Perform surveys, inspections, and fault‑finding to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
· Undertake a variety of building fabric and handyman tasks as required.
2. Roofing & Gutter Maintenance
· Complete minor roofing repairs, addressing leaks, damaged materials, and general roof upkeep.
· Conduct reactive gutter cleaning where safe access is available.
· Maintain downspouts and associated drainage components
· Painting, decorating, and surface touch ups.
· Drywall repairs, patching, and making good.
· Installation of fixtures, fittings, shelving, and small equipment.
· Support with furniture moves, office reconfigurations, and minor relocations.
· Engage professionally with clients and site users, providing clear communication on works undertaken.
· Maintain a customer focused approach, ensuring high standards of workmanship and service delivery.
· Represent the company positively while working independently on client premises.
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
· Gutter and roof condition checks.
· Window inspections across estates.
· Complete all PPM documentation accurately and on time.
Efficiency and Cost-effectiveness:
· Deliver maintenance tasks efficiently to minimise downtime for clients.
· Use materials and resources responsibly to ensure cost effective solutions without compromising quality.
· Plan work effectively to maximise productivity across multiple sites.
· Collaborate with the wider facilities management team, including supervisors, technicians, and project managers.
· Communicate clearly with colleagues to coordinate workloads and prioritise tasks.
· Support team objectives and contribute to a positive working environment.
· Replace failed equipment, lamps, battery, ballasts, gear trays, fittings etc.
