We’re seeking an experienced occupational therapist coach to work with aspiring OTs looking to break into the field. This role includes teaching core clinical skills in patient care, treatment planning, rehabilitation techniques, and adaptive equipment training, as well as guiding students through certification requirements needed to practice. Coaches also support the job search side of breaking into the career, including resume review, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking strategy to help candidates land their first role and build connections in the field. Ideal candidates have professional experience as an occupational therapist, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping newcomers navigate both the clinical and career sides of the profession. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
