Role Summary:
-You will be placed in either Legal/Social Security License/HR department.
-Follow the established procedures and guidelines of the legal profession to
provide timely and effective support to a legal and HR team.
-Yearly training of Sumatra Law Center is provided.
Responsibilities:

• Draft and, where required, translate, correspondence, legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other legal documents.
• Organize and oversee legal files and materials .
• Monitoring new application and expiry/renewal of product and corporate trademarks.
• Performs functions related to human resources activities including recruitment and selection, training and development, remuneration, etc.
• Maintain employee records (attendance, personal information, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in Law
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
