About the role
A great opportunity to join Semperis as a Large Enterprise Sales Director to accelerate growth across Spain and help more enterprise organisations strengthen cyber resilience through identity-first security.
As Large Enterprise Sales Director, you will own the market and take full responsibility for building Semperis’ presence across the country. This is a high-impact individual contributor opportunity for a proven enterprise seller who thrives on opening strategic conversations, building senior relationships, and converting complex opportunities into wins.
You will own net-new business and expansion opportunities across large enterprise accounts, create pipeline through direct prospecting and partner engagement, and work closely with channel and alliance partners to extend Semperis’ reach and impact throughout Spain.

What you will do
•
Own and execute Semperis’ large enterprise sales strategy across Spain
•
Act as the primary sales leader for the Spanish market, developing market coverage, account priorities, and growth plans
•
Build, progress, and close high-value, complex enterprise opportunities
•
Develop and nurture trusted relationships across large enterprise accounts, including C-suite, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders across security, identity, infrastructure, and risk
•
Create pipeline through direct prospecting, executive engagement, partner development, and market-making activities
•
Drive account strategy across both new-logo and expansion opportunities
•
Build strong relationships with Spanish customers and partners while collaborating effectively with global stakeholders
•
Partner closely with channel and alliance teams to increase reach, influence, and coverage across Spain
•
Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Channel, BDRs, and Marketing to move opportunities forward
•
Run strong discovery that connects customer challenges and business risks to Semperis solutions
•
Apply a structured sales methodology, including MEDDPICC, to qualification, deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and forecast accuracy
•
Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and CRM hygiene
•
Represent Semperis at relevant industry events, customer forums, and executive engagements across Spain

Consistent creation of qualified large enterprise pipeline across Spain
•
Strong control of complex sales cycles from first conversation through close
•
A clear market-ownership mindset, with the initiative to build relationships, awareness, and opportunity in a territory with sole LESD coverage
•
Executive presence in both Spanish and English, with the ability to sell business value, resilience, risk reduction, and investment justification
•
Disciplined use of MEDDPICC to drive qualification, deal progression, and executive alignment
•
High activity, strong deal hygiene, and disciplined follow-through
•
The ability to establish Semperis as a trusted identity security and cyber resilience partner in the Spanish enterprise market
•
Ability to operate with urgency, accountability, and autonomy while collaborating effectively across the wider business
What you will bring
•
7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or adjacent technology solutions
•
Experience selling to large enterprise organizations and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes
•
Experience in Active Directory, Entra ID, identity security, or adjacent cyber categories is a strong plus
•
Track record of winning complex enterprise deals, exceeding growth targets, and delivering consistent quota attainment over multiple years
•
Experience engaging C-suite, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders across security, identity, infrastructure, and risk
•
Strong prospecting, market development, and territory-planning capability
•
Ability to build and execute account-based and territory-based strategies
•
Technical and commercial credibility with both technical and business stakeholders
•
Ability to articulate business value and justify enterprise investment, not just product capability
•
Experience working within a structured enterprise sales methodology; MEDDPICC experience is strongly preferred
•
Proven ability to work closely with channel and strategic partners
•
High degree of ownership and self-leadership, with the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth or scale-up environment
•
Clear, credible, and outcome-oriented communication style with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
•
Based in Spain, with the ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and partners across the country
•
Fluency in Spanish and English; both languages are essential for the role

**Semperis maintains office locations in several cities across the globe. Where the job description specifies a required location, candidates will follow our hybrid work model. This includes working up to three days per week and remotely the remaining days.
