Support the preparation and distribution of communications, meeting summaries, and action plans
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of commitments, approvals, and action items
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive business information
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency
Maintain organized records, documentation, and centralized tracking systems
Support governance activities by monitoring deadlines, approvals, and reporting requirements
Leverage digital tools and technology to streamline workflows and enhance productivity

About the role
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Customer & Marketing Officer (CCMO) provides high-level administrative, logistical, and coordination support to the CCMO and the departments under the Customer and Marketing organization. The role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the CCMO’s office through proactive calendar and meeting management, stakeholder coordination, project tracking, and administrative support.
The Executive Assistant serves as a key point of contact across teams, helping ensure that business priorities, projects, and initiatives are effectively coordinated, monitored, and delivered on schedule. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Executive & Administrative Support
•
Manage the CCMO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize executive effectiveness.

Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, agenda preparation, presentation materials, and minutes.

Departmental & Logistics Support
•

Be familiar and understand Pru Life UK Compliance Standards. Must be fully aware of his/her responsibilities and competent to carry them out to the required standards. Must report all compliance matters openly and honestly to their Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated by the Compliance Officer. Must operate a process within his/her department to ensure that all relevant compliance matters are identified and reported.
