Job Responsibilities:
•
Document & Correspondence Control: Manage construction drawings, approvals, RFIs, CVIs, statutory filings, site records, photo logs, and formal project communications.
•
Technical & Tender Support: Provide technical solutions, tender advice, constructability analysis, and site layout plans while liaising with architects, consultants, and clients.
•
Planning & Progress Monitoring: Collaborate with project teams to develop 3-month rolling programs, monitor finishing work schedules, and lead progress/subcontractor meetings.
•
Quality Assurance & TCP Duties: Perform TCP inspections, conduct QA/safety audits, conduct factory visits, review method statements, and coordinate material testing.
•
Procurement & Material Management: Prepare material procurement specs, assist with subletting schedules, and track material delivery and wastage.
•
Cost Control & Claims Support: Develop cost-effective method statements, record abortive works and day works, and compile time/cost impact records for future claims.
Job Requirement:
•
Degree or HD in Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
•
At least 4 years’ relevant experiences in building construction
