We are looking for a Principal Product Manager, Payments to lead the next chapter of Zuora’s global payments platform and coverage strategy. In this senior individual-contributor role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the long-term roadmap for global payment acceptance, platform capabilities, and payment coverage, ensuring that our customers can seamlessly process payments anywhere in the world.
You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and partnerships, shaping how Zuora integrates with payment processors, acquirers, and orchestration partners globally. You have previously built and launched payments platforms and global payment features at scale with a prior company, and you bring 10+ years of hands-on payments domain experience building and scaling integrations across regions.
You will partner closely with product and engineering leaders, be the face to the customers, mentor other ZEOs in the payments area, and serve as a key thought partner to Zuora’s leadership on payments strategy. *****This is a Hybrid position, so you’ll be working in-person in the Foster City office at least 3 days a week, with other days remote. Of course, you’re welcome to come into the office more often if you’re nearby.
