Responsibilities
As an Air Systems / Pneumatics Engineer we will ask you to:
โข Prepare / define systems specifications and requirements;
โข Ensure requirements validation and management;
โข Assure integration and interface management of assigned systems and coordinate with internal groups & suppliers;
โข Review and approve design documents such as vendor drawings, qualification and acceptance test procedures, qualification reports and certification documents;
โข Support development, qualification and certification of the systems;
โข Support system test and flight test activities;
โข Prepare technical reports to show compliance to the applicable certification requirements.
In your role, you may be required to work on different air systems such as:
โข Environmental Control Systems (ECS)
โข Cabin Pressure Control System (CPCS)
โข Ice Protection and Ice Detection system
โข Bleed Air System
โข Fire Detection and Extinguishing system (FIDEEX)
โข Oxygen System
โข Window Heating Systems
โข High Pressure and Low Pressure ducting
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate:
โข You possess a University degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent;
โข You possess good knowledge of Air Systems / Pneumatic Systems including their integration on the aircraft and certification;
โข You have good knowledge of the Aircraft and Pneumatics interfacing systems;
