About the role
LaBella Associates is currently seeking experienced Construction Inspectors (Part-Time) to join our growing team in Lockport, NY. This assignment is expected to require 2–3 days per week for approximately 20 months, with the potential to transition into full-time employment.

Job Duties
The Construction Inspector is responsible for construction observation and documentation on specific project site locations. Travel to field locations on a regular basis is expected, as well as construction document interpretation, field report preparation and record document preparation.
Salary Range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location.
Requirements

Prior relevant work experience and knowledge of roads, stormwater utilities, water and sanitary sewer line installations as well as storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) inspections.

Familiarity with reading and interpreting architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural plans and details.
