Responsibilities
Launch and run one of our priority markets: regulatory setup, growth, operations, and local partnerships. You’ll own your market end to end.
•
Own your country’s launch plan and P&L: market research, regulatory path, go-to-market, hiring
•
Growth across paid, referral, influencer, and community channels
•
Own local creative: campaign concepts, copy, and content adapted to your market
•
User research: talk to users constantly, surface local insights, and feed them back into product and engineering
•
Set up local operations: customer support, compliance, banking/payment partnerships
•
Data analysis (SQL, dashboards); work directly with product and engineering
•
Product localization: onboarding, copy, pricing, local payment rails (PSE, Pix, Yape, MODO, etc.)
Requirements
•
5+ years of operational experience in tech (fintech, marketplaces, delivery, or similar)
•
Track record owning growth: channels, funnels, experiments, with results
•
Product experience: roadmaps, specs, working with eng/design
•
Technical enough to query data and build small tools (SQL, GitHub)
•
Heavy AI tooling user — uses AI daily for research, analysis, and content production
•
Fluent Spanish and English (
Portuguese and English for Brazil
)
•
Based in the country you’ll run
