Responsibilities
•
Garantizar que el proceso de producción de cocina cumpla con los requerimientos solicitados por los clientes.
•
Observar el pedido de los clientes provenientes de vuelos o concesiones, a partir del cual hace un pedido de materia prima de acuerdo a la demanda.
•
Observar y ayudar al equipo, delegando y priorizando las elaboraciones para los clientes.
•
Controlar que el equipo de cocina registre las temperaturas para que estén dentro de los parámetros de seguridad alimentaria.
•
Cocinar comidas variadas, respetando las especificaciones del cliente.
