Key Responsibilities
•
Create a wide range of technical content including product guides, code samples, tutorials, demos, blogs, and design specs.
•
Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, digestible documentation for different audiences (developers, stakeholders, end users).
•
Lead pilots to experiment with content types and formats to improve product adoption.
•
Define and support the content strategy across SGTS and GCC initiatives.
•
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to align messaging and documentation.
•
Continuously improve and refresh existing documentation for accuracy and usability.
•
Stay up to date with industry trends and bring in content best practices.

What We’re Looking For
•
A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Communications, or related fields.
