Job Description
Are you a creative communicator who enjoys turning complexity into stories people can understand and relate to? Are you interested in people, transformation and the role communication can play in bringing the two together?

Translate the HCM project’s communication strategy into concrete communication activities.
•
Plan and deliver communications around the project milestones, managing multiple deliverables and deadlines autonomously.
•
Turn complex information into clear and engaging messages for different audiences, working closely with experts and stakeholders.
•
Create content across a broad range of channels and formats, including posts, emails, webpages, presentations, one-pagers, communication toolkits, videos and other multimedia content.

Manage HCM communication channels and editorial planning.

Contribute to wider change and adoption activities such as surveys and learning materials.
