Responsible for manufacture related category sourcing, negotiation, pitch process, contracting, performance review and supplier management.
•
Contribute savings and cost avoidance without compromising quality and delivery timeline.
•
Ensure compliance of procurement related processes, methods, and systems with procurement standards
•
Contribute to the reporting process and analyze with respect to the procurement key performance indicators
•
Contract management to secure Cooperate interests without law abuse.
•
Being contact window for Global cooperation projects to demonstrate China professional procurement reputation
•
Being ready to support critical programs along with cooperate business dynamic changing and development.
•
Manager procurement data quality and reporting.
Qualifications / Experience/Skills:
•
More than 6 years of procurement experience in manufacture related categories, well-trained in multinational company
•
University bachelor or plus degree with fluent in written and verbal English
•
Excellent presentation and analysis skills with PPT/excel, Power BI is nice to have
•
Strong communication and negotiation skills
•
Strong organizational skills and proven project management capability
•
Service and quality delivery mindset, and intensive experience within cross-functional coordination
