We are laser focused on specific technologies in the healthcare and life science industries: Healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, and healthcare interoperability.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Snowflake Solution Architect to join a small, agile, and highly technical team responsible for defining, building, and owning our client next-generation data platform. This role is a mix of hands-on architecture, technical leadership, and strategic direction—perfect for someone who wants to shape the foundation, standards, and roadmap of a modern data ecosystem.
You will lead the design and implementation of Snowflake-based solutions, influence platform direction, and work closely with stakeholders across engineering, analytics, data science and product to ensure our client data platform enables scale, reliability, and innovation.
What You’ll Do

Architect end-to-end data solutions leveraging Snowflake, including data modeling, ingestion, transformation, security, and performance optimization.
•
Define the data platform roadmap, standards, and best practices as part of a lean, high-ownership team.
•
Partner with data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists and business groups to convert requirements into scalable Snowflake solutions.
•
Lead design sessions, perform technical reviews, and guide decisions related to warehousing, pipelines, orchestration, and governance.
•
Evaluate and integrate relevant tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Matillion, Azure/AWS services).
•
Implement strong data security, privacy, and access management controls within Snowflake.
•
Troubleshoot and optimize warehouse performance, cost efficiency, and query execution.
•
Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
