The Senior Director, Demand Generation EMEA is a senior, hands-on leadership role owning Pendo’s marketing pipeline across the region — UK, DACH, France, Nordics, and the Netherlands.
This is a rare opportunity to shape how Pendo grows across Europe. You’ll work closely with regional sales leaders to build high-performing, pipeline-generating marketing programmes from the ground up — with real visibility into commercial leadership and a direct line into how new business and customer growth gets driven across EMEA.
We’re not looking for someone to localise global campaigns. We’re looking for a builder — someone who creates demand programmes from scratch, understands what resonates with European buyers, and can operate with genuine autonomy to lead the region.
You’ll report to the VP of Revenue Marketing, based in North America, and work as part of a small, focused EMEA marketing team.
This is a hybrid role, based three days a week in our London office.
