The Lead Assembler position requires the ability to perform manual dexterity tasks, including using hand and small power tools, and may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling heavy objects or equipment. The work may also require the ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb, or crouch in order to perform assembly tasks. The position may also require the ability to distinguish colors, as well as good eyesight and hearing in order to read schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams, and to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues. Additionally, the position may require the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while conducting tests or calibrations. The successful candidate must be able to perform these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
