About the role
We’re looking for an assertive and results-driven Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects from concept to delivery. You will oversee timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment - ensuring mission-critical solutions are executed with precision and speed.

•
Lead end-to-end project management across cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, testing, and customer success).
•
Manage multiple defence-related programs, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and security requirements.
•
Serve as the primary point of contact for military and government clients as well as our product development teams - maintaining trust, accountability, and transparent communication.
•
Oversee project timelines, milestones, and budgets; anticipate risks and apply corrective actions early.
•
Drive negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners to secure optimal terms and maintain project momentum.
•
Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
•
Ensure full adherence to defense standards, export control, and security protocols.
