We are now looking for new talent to join us as we continue to grow, innovate and deliver. The Ready Chef warehouse is located at 112/113 Bann Road, Dublin Industrial Estate, Dublin 11.
Production Supervisor (Evening Shift) - Dublin
Ready Chef are seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to work within a busy department where you will be responsible for producing orders on time to our customers, and managing the staff within the factory on a day to day basis. The production facility operates 7 days per week and the successful candidate will be required to work 15:00 - 00:00 each day. Working week is typically 5 days over 7.
Successful applicants must be available to work weekends.
Requirements
Only candidates residing in Ireland will be considered for this role, holding a valid full-time visa.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Prepare all customer orders for factory
•
Effectively record and manage the performance of the factory team
•
Using initiative to find alternative solutions to problems that are encountered
•
Continuous improvement of the processes within the department
•
Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and ensure staff do also.
•
Oversee training for new operatives
•
Manage the cleaning and ensure the factory is left in a tidy condition at the end of the production
•
Compile reports at the request of the senior supervisor
•
Develop and maintain a supportive and positive work environment
•
Any ad hoc tasks that are required
