Responsibilities
What will you do?
•
Have the opportunity to build your own niche market, becoming a recruitment expert in the sector.
•
Work independently being the main point of contact for clients and candidates.
•
Support clients by recruiting candidates and filling in their vacancies asap.
•
Negotiate deals for clients and interviewees.
•
Build relationships with managers and qualify appropriate candidates for their vacancies.
Requirements
What do you bring?
•
You have gained some experience in Business Development or Sales.
•
You easy to connect with and an open communicator.
•
You are eager to build and care for relationships.
•
You are a motivated, ambitious and results-driven team player.
•
You have excellent conversational spoken and written skills in Dutch and English (Swedish, French and/or German are a plus)
