The Product Strategy Intern will help drive strategy for a Contact Center spanning customer service, collections, and loss mitigation.
Responsibilities
•
Work with the team to drive strategy for a Contact Center, including capabilities across customer service, collections, and loss mitigation
•
Document workflows across customer service, collections, and loss mitigation
•
Evaluate mortgage servicing contact center performance metrics to identify efficiency gaps
•
Assess how technology can be leveraged to automate manual tasks
•
Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned
Knowledge and Experience
•
Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university and be at least advancing to their junior year of study
•
Ability to break down complex operational problems into structured solutions
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills
•
Ability to translate data into business insights
Internship Program Schedule
To accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options:
•
Option 1: May 24, 2027 – August 6, 2027
•
Option 2: June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027
Hiring process
Candidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process.
Please Note: Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at our Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules. Partial participation or alternate dates cannot be accommodated.
