As a Patient Care Specialist you’ll work directly with patients and alongside our Doctors of Chiropractic in a fast-paced, active clinic environment. We provide a combination of paid virtual and hands-on training to teach you the skills you need to succeed and grow. his is more than a job. What You’ll Do:
•
Welcome and support patients throughout their visits
•
Assist doctors with patient care and clinic flow
•
Learn hands-on clinical skills and therapeutic techniques through paid training
•
Guide patients through exercises and activities as directed by the doctor
•
Schedule appointments, update records, and support daily clinic operations
•
Help create a positive, organized, and welcoming patient experience
•
Assist clinic doctor(s) with community outreach and patient wellness education

M-TH: 7:00 AM-11:30 AM & 2:30 PM- 8:00 PM

Qualifications
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness, clinical assistant, restaurant, home healthcare, or other people-focused environments can translate well to this position. What matters most is your ability to learn, communicate, stay organized, and provide a “Wow” in-person patient experience.
