We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Kafka streaming, and observability tools like Grafana and Kibana. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and security practices relevant to financial institutions.

Lead the DevOps strategy and implementation across banking applications and environments.

Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using industry best practices.

Manage container orchestration platforms including Kubernetes and OpenShift.

Implement and monitor Kafka-based streaming solutions for real-time transaction processing.
•

Ensure system reliability and performance through observability tools like Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus.

Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to streamline deployment processes.
•

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
•

Drive continuous improvement in deployment speed, system uptime, and incident response.
•

Ensure compliance with banking industry regulations and security standards.

Proven experience as a DevOps Lead or Senior DevOps Engineer in the banking or financial services industry.

Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift.

Expertise in Kafka streaming architecture and implementation.

Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
