How We Are Different
At evolvedMD, we place clinicians on-site and in person inside the practices we serve, so you’re part of a care team instead of working alone. A few ways that matters day to day:
•
Clinician Lead – Our executive team has two clinician leaders, so the clinical voice is the top voice in the room.
•
Balance – A consistent 8-5 schedule with no charting after hours, and leaders coached on psychological safety.
•
Earning Potential – How much you earn is up to you! See more patients if you want to, or see enough to earn your base — that works too.
Benefits
•
Medical, dental, vision, and EAP
•
401(k) matching
•
200+ hours of PTO / Holiday per anniversary year, increasing with tenure
•
80 hours of Parental Leave per birth/adoption, after one year
