• Set the enterprise vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for business transformation enabled by AI, automation, and advanced decisioning.
• Prioritize the highest-impact opportunities across functions and translate them into a sequenced portfolio of initiatives with clear business cases, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish the enterprise operating model for AI, including governance, decision rights, prioritization, adoption plans, and value tracking.
• Lead a small senior team, including 1–2 leaders responsible for the technical components of AI delivery such as data, architecture, model development, and platform implementation.
• Partner across Product & Tech, Data, BI, Risk, Operations, Finance, HR, and Commercial teams to embed AI into core business processes and ways of working.
• Identify and scale high-value use cases across customer growth, retention, risk, compliance, operational efficiency, and decision support.
• Lead change management and adoption efforts to ensure AI-enabled tools, processes, and behaviors are implemented effectively and sustained over time.
• Partner with PMO, Finance, and business leaders to define success metrics and track ROI, risk reduction, efficiency gains, and customer impact.
• Represent the transformation and AI agenda with executive leadership and communicate complex topics in clear, commercially relevant terms.
