Schedule: Full Time (40 hours/week)
What You’ll Do
•
Spend most of the shift washing and sanitizing dishes, trays, pots, pans and utensils.
•
Operate the dish machine and use the three-compartment sink as required.
•
Return clean items to the proper storage and service areas.
•
Clean and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors, carts, equipment and work areas.
•
Remove trash and cardboard and keep disposal areas orderly.
•
Follow food-safety, sanitation and workplace-safety procedures.
•
