Key Responsibilities
•
Gather and analyze business needs, processes, and pain points across stakeholders.
•
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for implementation.
•
Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and system efficiency.
•
Collaborate with development teams throughout solution design and delivery.
•
Support testing, validation, and rollout of system enhancements.
•
Investigate issues by reviewing system data and behavior, and coordinate resolution.
•
Ensure delivered solutions are aligned with business priorities and operational practicality.
•
Leverage AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copolit) for prototyping and proof of concept
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree from a local university or equivalent qualification.
•
3-5 years of relevant experience.
