About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
1.
Responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, outbound processing, and inventory management. Allocate manpower, equipment, and work assignments based on order volume to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
2.
Supervise employee performance and ensure all operations comply with SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
3.
Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inbound and outbound processing timeliness, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and productivity. Conduct daily inventory counts, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, and operational abnormalities.
4.
Coordinate with customer service, transportation, planning, and other warehouse teams to promptly resolve operational issues.
5.
Responsible for onsite 5S management, workplace safety, and equipment usage management. Identify operational issues, propose improvement solutions, and continuously drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
6.
Train new employees and guide team members to improve overall team
efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements
Qualifications
1.
Educational Background
•
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or related fields.
2.
Work Experience
•
3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, quality control, or related fields. Candidates with a background in the logistics industry are preferred.

•
Professional Competencies: Familiar with warehouse management processes and possess knowledge of quality management systems. Able to use data analysis tools for quality control management. Understand international logistics industry standards and regulations.
