What You’ll Own:
Our SDRs/BDRs serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a critical role in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. They own the early stages of the customer journey, from identifying and engaging target accounts through qualification and handoff to the sales team.
Responsibilities
•
Proactively researches prospective customers, executes thoughtful outbound outreach, responds quickly to inbound interest, uncovers business needs, and clearly communicates the value of Pirros.
•
Follow up, identify high-quality opportunities, and partner closely with Sales and Marketing to drive pipeline growth with urgency.
•
Identify opportunities by uncovering prospect needs, generating interest, and securing meetings
•
Demonstrate strong selling, influencing, and relationship-building skills to win prospects over
Who You Are:
•
Bachelor’s degree preferred, and relevant inbound/outbound sales experience
•
Resilient, driven, and results-oriented
•
Strong ability to connect with, influence, and convert prospects
•
Highly organized, detail-oriented, skilled in written/verbal communication with strong de-escalation and problem-solving skills
•
Empathetic with a customer-focused approach
•
Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with a proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time
•
Quick thinking, fast learning, and solution-oriented, with an ability to think outside the box and see things through to resolution
•

A customer value, ROI, and business outcome-driven mindset
Nice to have
•
Prior experience with CRM tools is a plus (HubSpot preferred) and sales platforms (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)

Benefits
Pirros is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation and the specific salary range for this role ($70,600 + ~20K variable) will be further discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and benefits.
