About the role
Job Purpose: Head - Factory lead and oversee all aspects of factory operations in the precast industry by ensuring optimal production schedules, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and efficiently managing budgets, resources, and cross-functional coordination. The Factory Head plays a strategic role in driving productivity, implementing process improvements, fostering team performance, and supporting business growth through operational excellence and stakeholder engagement.
