Responsibilities
· Participate in onboarding process for new employees.
· Maintain employee relations transactions and variables such as (Attendance, over time, absenteeism, resignation, allowances, etc.…).
· Conduct exit interviews till grade: 15.
· Mediate disputes between employees and their supervisors.
· Provide guidance and counseling to HRBPs & Candidates to ensure the resolution of employment-related matters (Appointment documents).
· Listen to and handle employee complaints along with managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with HRBP.
· Clarifying Company Policy.
· Handle external relations such as labor office.
· Participate in Human Resources activities such as internship program, internal communication activities and benefits team with the corporate offers.
· Support Employee Relations Files & Records Management team.
· Update, recommend changes and implement HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
· Ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are followed and that the employees are satisfied with their work environment.
· Clarify Company Policy.
· Follow up the updates of related laws.
· Ensure accurate records of employee relations activities.
· Solve assigned Employee Relations case management & investigations from intake through interview, transition, escalation, and redirection or closure till grade 14.

Special Certification or Training Required: HR Certificate
Required Industry Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience
Technological Requirements: Good command in MS/Taleo
