Your role
As Quality Assurance Engineer, you safeguard quality and help us build an organisation that operates from a Zero Defects, First Time Right mindset. You combine technical insight with strong analytics and excellent communication, working daily with colleagues across Eindhoven and Reuver as well as suppliers and customers. You’ll tackle root causes - not just symptoms - and be a visible, connecting force across the business.
What you’ll do
•
Lead 8D root cause analyses and handle complaints and non-conformities
•
Drive corrective and preventive actions using PPAP, Pareto, Fishbone, 5x Why, FMEA, A3
•
Perform internal, external, customer, and certification audits (ISO 9001, 13485, 14001)
•
Support NPI trajectories and ECNs, safeguarding CTQs and process handover
•
Communicate actively with customers on quality topics, deviations, and improvements
•
Coach internal teams and suppliers in quality thinking
•
Act as sparring partner for engineering, production, management, and customers
Where you’ll work
Based at either Eindhoven or Reuver - you choose. You will travel frequently between both sites and be the bridge that keeps cross-site collaboration flowing.
What you bring

Bachelor’s level, preferably technical
•
Able to read technical drawings
•
Strong communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
•
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
