About the role
We are seeking a Delivery Specialist as we continue to change the industry. The Delivery Specialist plays an important role in providing our guests with an exceptional experience. The Delivery Specialist is tasked with assisting sales consultants with the delivery of new and used vehicles to customers and ensuring each customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty and paperwork. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service or interested in automotive sales.

What You Will Do
•
Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and create an exceptional first impression of the dealership.
•
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, and Detail to ensure every vehicle is fully prepared for delivery.
•
Deliver a personalized vehicle orientation by demonstrating features, technology, safety systems, and connected services.
•
Assist guests with Bluetooth pairing, mobile apps, driver profiles, and personalized vehicle settings.
•
Review ownership benefits, warranty coverage, maintenance recommendations, and roadside assistance.
•
Follow up after delivery to answer questions, reinforce product knowledge, and support guest satisfaction.
•
Support the Sales team with vehicle demonstrations while maintaining accurate delivery documentation and records.
•
Support the Sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
•
Previous experience in a similar role.
•
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
•
Prompt and courteous demeanor
•
Strong computer skills
Pay: $23 - $23 / hour plus bonus based on performance
