Job Description Summary
Enterprise Housing Credit Investments is seeking a Director on the our Investor Relations team to raise LIHTC equity from institutional investors. You’ll focus on investors who are new to Enterprise or new to tax credit investing: banks, insurance companies, Fortune 500 corporates, and others who benefit from long-term tax credits.
This is a front-line, high-autonomy role. You’ll build your own pipeline, lead pitches with senior decision-makers, and take new investor relationships from first conversation through closing. You’ll then keep those accounts, earning repeat investment and connecting investors to Enterprise’s broader capital products where it fits.
You’ll thrive here if you know the LIHTC investor and syndicator community, understand what drives investors (CRA, economic return, or impact), and are energized by building a book of business for a mission you believe in.
Please note: this role raises equity from investors. It is not a developer-facing originations or acquisitions role.
