Job Description
Draft, review, and manage end-to-end commercial contracts and legal documentation — ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies across Kata.ai’s SaaS and enterprise AI business — so that commercial operations run smoothly, legal risks are mitigated, and the company can scale its client relationships with confidence.
Qualifications
Experience :
•
5–7 years of professional experience in commercial law, with a focus on contract drafting, review, and negotiation
•
Proven experience handling SaaS, technology, or digital platform commercial agreements — understanding of subscription models, SLAs, data processing agreements, and IP clauses is essential
