About the role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to design, guide, and govern ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs and best practices. In this role, you will lead the design and evolution of the ServiceNow platform architecture, focusing on maximizing out-of-the-box capabilities and reducing unnecessary customizations.
Your daily routine would include:
•
Engage stakeholders and technical teams to drive a clear architectural vision and roadmap for ServiceNow initiatives.
•
Provide expert guidance on architecture, data modeling, integrations, and security design.
•
Ensure architectural alignment and best practices across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and custom solutions.
•
Take ownership of CMDB architecture and governance, covering data models, service mapping, integrations, and configuration practices to maintain accuracy and compliance.
•
Provide architectural leadership for integrating ServiceNow with systems such as LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom APIs to enable smooth, interoperable processes.
•
Review, assess, and authorize technical designs, customizations, and integrations in ServiceNow platform.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:

Several years of project experience in Service Portfolio Management.
