Daily maintenance in SAP which would include reviewing error reports with the order management tool: ZORD
Analyzing order trend of customers and raise flag if variation experienced
Work as a team to process any ad hoc request promptly
Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external stakeholders’ inquiries quickly, effectively and professionally
Ability to analyze and resolve problems before escalating to the next level
Good understanding of upstream and downstream OTC processes
Good communication skills (written & spoken)
Strong analytical mindset, problem solving and organization skills
Proficiency with system applications, especially MS Office (outlook, excel, word, power point etc.)
Experience in customer service and or supply chain and order management
Good written and spoken communication skills
Possess ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time
Demonstrate ability to collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders

34,200 to 42,500 USD
